"Shocking "

Having had an amputation in dec 2019, covid no physio as such I finally get a mechanical foot dec 2023,( on loan) feb 2024 was told one was ordered for me, still waiting, now having rang and left messages 3 times in the last few weeks no reply whatsoever the rubber sleeve that hold’s it all in place needs replacing it’s slipping and becoming loose as there is no grip it’s making life hell as if it isn’t already !!! While some of the staff that I have met I’ve liked but this service is horrendous, so wish I could go to wales where I’ve been told first hand from other amputees that the service and care they get is second to none and here we are I can’t even get a sleeve and it’s taken 4.5 years and I am still waiting on a foot !!!!!!!!!!
