"Another cancellation "

Was supposed to be having a minor op today but I received a text less than half an hour before the appointment telling me that the procedure has been cancelled. This is now the third time this has happened for the same op.The first two times I did at least make it into the surgery before being turned away by the Doctor.

That's 3 days I've had to book off work which I won't get back, I'll have to book another one when a new appointment comes back through but I have no confidence that the same thing won't happen again. I've waited well over a year for this one and to receive a text with no explanation less than 30 minutes before the appointment isn't really good enough.

While I appreciate " things happen " they seem to be happening more often than not.

Here's hoping I get a fourth appointment soon so I can finally get this procedure done.
